Returns & Exchanges

At Alan Watts Electronic University, we want you to be fully present with your purchase; however, if your garment does not resonate with your journey, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition to maintain the flow of our collective inventory.

Return Process

  Initiate the Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Reflect and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
